We are looking for driven, enthusiastic and passionate professionals to join our sales team as a Business Development Executive. In this role you will be working with key industry leaders and innovators. We help companies better their business through corporate meetings with targeted customers at very elite and specialized B2B events. This role is perfect for those looking to start their career in sales and business development. While sales experience is always great, it’s not necessary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generating and prospecting new leads to create book of business.
  • Targeting General Partners and C-suite decision-makers of alternative investments firms including private equity, real estate, and hedge funds.
  • Contacting, qualifying, and engaging prospects through email, LinkedIn, and cold-calling.
  • Keeping an organized record of sales activity and pipeline.
  • Nurturing new and existing client relationships.
  • Traveling to destination cities nationwide to tend to clients.
  • Acting on behalf of the company and our clients in the delivery of our exceptional products and services.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of inside sales experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Excellent communication skills in English is a must!
  • Strong interpersonal and active listening skills.
  • Foundational understanding of sales.
  • Knowledge and interest in alternative investments is a huge plus!
  • A proven track record of accomplishing ambitious goals, be it in your professional career or personal life. We want to hear all about your big wins!
  • A positive, can-do attitude.

  • Competitive salary package comprised of base salary (euro 24,000) + quarterly commission guarantee + uncapped commission on new and repeat business.
