Junior .Net Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled motivated Junior .NET Developer with a solid background in application development, strong expertise in .Net, and a keen focus on creating high-quality, reliable software.  In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that meet business needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain high-quality standards and drive continuous improvement in our development processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following established coding standards and best practices.

• Assist in developing, maintaining, and enhancing software applications using .NET technologies.

• Support debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving software issues to ensure application stability and performance.

• Contribute to unit testing and participate in functional and regression testing to maintain code quality.

• Collaborate in Agile development activities, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

• Participate in code reviews to improve code quality and learn development best practices.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new features.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business needs.

• Provide technical support and assist in resolving application-related issues.

• Maintain and update technical documentation for the projects you contribute to.

• Continuously learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and development practices.

Qualifications (Must Have)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within a software development/IT environment.

• Basic understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.

• Familiarity with C# and the .NET framework (.NET Core knowledge is a plus).

• Understanding of web development fundamentals including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Exposure to ASP.NET MVC or Web API.

• Basic understanding of relational databases and database design concepts.

• Experience with databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.

• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong willingness to learn and grow.

Good to Have

• Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.

• Exposure to Python or other backend technologies.

• Basic knowledge or interest in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts.

• Exposure to AI/ML libraries or frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.

• Experience with T-SQL, stored procedures, and user-defined functions (UDFs).

• Familiarity with Entity Framework 6 and LINQ.

• Exposure to SSIS and SSRS.
