We are seeking a highly skilled motivated Junior .NET Developer with a solid background in application development, strong expertise in .Net, and a keen focus on creating high-quality, reliable software. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that meet business needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain high-quality standards and drive continuous improvement in our development processes.

Key Responsibilities
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following established coding standards and best practices.
Assist in developing, maintaining, and enhancing software applications using .NET technologies.
Support debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving software issues to ensure application stability and performance.
Contribute to unit testing and participate in functional and regression testing to maintain code quality.
Collaborate in Agile development activities, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Participate in code reviews to improve code quality and learn development best practices.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new features.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
Provide technical support and assist in resolving application-related issues.
Maintain and update technical documentation for the projects you contribute to.
Continuously learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and development practices.
Qualifications (Must Have)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in a similar role within a software development/IT environment.
Basic understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
Familiarity with C# and the .NET framework (.NET Core knowledge is a plus).
Understanding of web development fundamentals including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Exposure to ASP.NET MVC or Web API.
Basic understanding of relational databases and database design concepts.
Experience with databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
Good to Have
Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
Exposure to Python or other backend technologies.
Basic knowledge or interest in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts.
Exposure to AI/ML libraries or frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Experience with T-SQL, stored procedures, and user-defined functions (UDFs).
Familiarity with Entity Framework 6 and LINQ.
Exposure to SSIS and SSRS.
