We are looking for driven, enthusiastic and passionate professionals to join our Summits division and excel in B2B event sales in the US, EU and Middle East market. We are looking to grow our team in Karachi, providing successful candidates with the opportunity for exceptional career growth and unlimited earnings. A strong grasp of and ability to operate fluently in an English-speaking environment is essential to be successful in the role.

 

This is an on-site role in our Karachi office. Working hours will follow UK market, 11am – 8pm.  

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Engage with C-Level audiences, generating leads and prospecting over the phone.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitching and proposals.

  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.

  • Create and execute strategic sales campaigns.

  • Nurturing new and existing client relationships.

  • HubSpot CRM to manage relationships, prospect data, and pipelines.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • Recent graduate or up to 1 year of professional experience.

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).

  • Strong interest in sales and a good acumen for commercial thinking.

  • Confident, outgoing, and resilient personality.

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.

  • Strong hunter mentality through disciplined KPIs plus farmer ability to nurture and develop relationships. Both are crucial to success in this role.

  • Active listening and problem-solving skills.

  • Eagerness to learn and grow professionally.

  • Good time management and organizational abilities.

  • Team player with a collaborative spirit.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM is a plus.
