Curation by Marcus Evans is a bespoke hospitality service for the world's most discerning clientele. We create unforgettable experiences surrounding the season’s most thrilling sports, cultural, and entertainment events, such as Formula One, the Masters, and Wimbledon, combined with the world’s finest hotels, private residences, and super-yachts.

 

We are searching for an Account Executive to develop new accounts and manage client relationships. A successful candidate will identify, build and maintain a targeted database of high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and C-level executives.

 

This is an in-person role located in our office in Barcelona.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Generating and prospecting new leads to create book of business.

  • Identifying, building, and maintaining a targeted database of high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and C-level executives.

  • Contacting, qualifying, and engaging prospects through email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.

  • Keeping an organized record of sales activity and pipeline on HubSpot.

  • Nurturing new and existing client relationships.

  • Acting on behalf of the company and our clients in the delivery of our exceptional products and services.

 

Qualifications

  • Sales experience: 1 year of proven B2B or B2C sales experience.

  • Prospecting and outreach experience: Experience cold calling C-level executives. Experience creating and launching strategic marketing email campaigns.

  • Exceptional listening and questioning skills: Successful candidates understand emotional intelligence and tactical empathy.

  • Strong hunter mentality through disciplined KPI’s plus farmer ability to nurture and develop relationships. Both are crucial to success in this role.

  • Pipeline management ability: Research and organizational skills.

  • Leadership: We promote 100% from within and actively develop top performers into management.
