Our client portfolio includes C-level executives from 98% of Fortune 1000 companies.

We are currently hiring driven and ambitious candidates for our Mumbai office to join our luxury, invite-only Summits Division. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, international business environment while building relationships with senior executives across the APAC region.

Successful candidates will participate in a hands-on mentorship and leadership development program designed to fast-track career progression and provide opportunities for rapid internal growth and international exposure.

This is a fully in-person role based in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and prospect new business leads through platforms such as ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

  • Contact, qualify, and engage prospective clients through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and strategic email campaigns.

  • Research the APAC market to identify and engage senior-level executives across Marketing, Finance, HR, and IT sectors.

  • Build relationships with C-level decision-makers, understand their business objectives, and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.

  • Negotiate and close contracts with senior executives and industry leaders.

  • Maintain an organized and accurate sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM.

  • Travel internationally across the APAC region, including destinations such as Australia, Singapore, and Hong Kong, to support events and manage client relationships.

  • Represent the company professionally while delivering exceptional client experiences and services.

  • Facilitate strategic interactions between executives (buyers) and service providers through our Summit platform.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.

  • 1+ year of B2B or B2C sales experience is preferred; however, motivated fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Experience in prospecting, cold calling, and outbound outreach is an advantage.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong emotional intelligence, listening ability, and negotiation skills.

  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and attention to detail.

  • Ambitious, goal-oriented, and driven by success with a strong hunter mentality.

  • Excellent research, organizational, and time management abilities.
