Linguarama is a leading international organisation specialising in customized language training for business. Our client base ranges from small companies to multi-national global corporations.

Linguarama Milan offers both face-to-face courses and virtual classroom training supported by our own online platforms. With a wide network of training centres in Europe, Linguarama offers comprehensive language and communication training in the global market.


We are looking for a consultative, solutions-driven Sales professional with a strong linguistic background and a genuine passion for communication and language learning. This role is not focused on transactional product sales — instead, you will work closely with organisations to understand their learning needs and design tailored language training solutions that deliver real impact. Excellent Italian, English and Spanish language skills are mandatory, along with proven experience selling needs-based solutions.

This is an in-person role located in our Milan office.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through a consultative, solution-based sales approach, understanding client needs and proposing tailored language training solutions rather than standard products.

  • Establish business opportunities by identifying prospects, evaluating their position in the industry, and researching and analysing strategic sales options.

  • Use state-of-the-art tools and social media to grow and manage our marketing database.

  • Promote and sell the full range of Linguarama’s sustainable training solutions, from virtual classrooms to face-to-face and online learning programmes.

  • Build long-term client partnerships by providing expert guidance, understanding organisational learning objectives, and recommending needs-based training strategies.

  • Liaise with colleagues across the Linguarama Group to ensure training programmes are effectively designed and delivered.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills in English, Italian and Spanish (minimum C1 level) — these language skills are mandatory.

  • Proven experience in consultative or solution-based sales, with the ability to understand client challenges and design needs-driven solutions rather than transactional product sales.

  • Excellent interpersonal, organisational and relationship-building skills, with confidence communicating with HR professionals and senior decision-makers.

  • Drive, ambition, and resilience to succeed in a competitive B2B environment.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within an international team.

 

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary including commissions.

  • Base salary 18K–23K EUR plus incentives based on performance that can lead to an OTE equal to 30K–35K EUR.
