Job description
Marcus Evans, a global leader in business information with 49 offices around the world, is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to build and manage relationships with C-level attendees for a portfolio of corporate events across various industries. In this role, you will oversee client communications, ensuring a seamless experience before and after events.
We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic, and passionate professional to join our Client Relationship Management department. This person will be reporting to the Head of Delegate Relationships Management.
A strong grasp of and ability to operate in an English - speaking environment is essential to be successful in the role.
This is an in-person role located in our Nicosia office.

Key Responsibilities
Develop in-depth industry expertise and stay informed on key trends.
Understand the dynamics of each event, including attendees and solution providers.
Manage and maintain relationships with C-level clients for multiple events in US and Europe.
Communicate regularly via email and phone to ensure client satisfaction and engagement.
Collaborate with Heads of Sales to drive retention and maximize client experience.
Qualifications
EU passport-holder.
3 years of experience in sales, account management or customer relations.
A strong grasp of the English language is required (both written and spoken).
Background in English-language education preferred.
Bachelor’s degree (minimum) & master’s degree is considered an advantage.
Work Experience in analysis, research, sales, account management, or customer relations is an advantage.
Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
A team player with a high-performance mindset.
Flexibility in working hours when dealing with clients based in the US. Working hours are 7.5 per day but may need to be adjusted based on event.
