We are looking for driven, enthusiastic, and passionate professionals to join our content and programme management team as a Content Manager. You will work across different industries, regions, and business functions with a significant focus on functional training on General Management, Technology, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, HR, and Health & Safety in Asia, the Middle East, Australia, and Africa.
This is an in-person role located in our Kuala Lumpur office.
Responsibilities
Portfolio management of commercial training courses.
Engagement in primary research with leading industry practitioners.
The sourcing of top trainers for the programmes.
Collaboration with sales and marketing teams to drive programme success.
The creation and monitoring of event budgets.
The creation and updating of event websites.
Delivery of training on-site in international locations (if required) as well as online.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
Strong research skills and copy-writing skills.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HubSpot software tool and Microsoft Office Suite is a significant advantage, however it is not a must requirement.
Determination to meet deadlines and deliver results.
A passion for learning and self-improvement.
Proven track record of exceeding goals.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Must be eligible to work in Malaysia.
