This is an onsite role based in our Kuala Lumpur office.
The opportunity
Identify and engage with senior stakeholders across leading organizations to introduce high-value sponsorship opportunities
Build and cultivate a strong network of C-suite executives and key decision-makers
Lead consultative conversations to position tailored sponsorship solutions aligned with client objectives
Manage a refined pipeline of opportunities, maintaining a high standard of client engagement and delivery
Drive commercial outcomes in a performance-led environment that rewards quality, consistency, and professionalism
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or client-facing roles (events, media, or sponsorship sales is advantageous)
Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders confidently
Resilient, driven, and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Comfortable with proactive outreach, including cold calling and building relationships from the ground up
Highly professional, with strong commercial awareness and a consultative sales approach
Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
