Marcus Evans Summits, the elite division of the world’s leading producer of business events, is now recruiting for an Event Manager for its North American Summits division. As an Event Manager and central point of contact for our North American Summits, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the event. As the Limassol office is part of the North American Summits Division, our office hours are 12:00 to 20:00 with half an hour for lunch.

This is an onsite role based in our office in Limassol.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and organizing North American Summits.

  • Acting as the central point of contact for our clients.

  • Managing the logistics of the Summit.

  • Managing budgets cost-effectively.

  • Traveling frequently to North America.

 

Qualifications

  • Recognized bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

  • Advanced level of the English language (verbal and written).

  • EU passport-holder/eligible to work in Cyprus (relocation package not available).

  • 2 years work experience in an administrative and/or customer service environment or any other related field.

  • Able to work 12:00-20:00 (to cover N. American events).

  • Proven experience of advanced organizational and time management skills.

  • Proven experience of attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.

  • Skilled negotiator.

  • Computer literate and experienced with databases.
