Linguarama is the language training arm of the group, where we provide highly customised language training for businesses, working with clients ranging from small companies to multinational global corporations. ( www.linguarama.com)
Linguarama Barcelona delivers both face-to-face courses and virtual classroom training, supported by our proprietary online platforms.
As the first point of contact for our clients and international team, you won’t just be answering phones — you’ll be orchestrating the daily flow of a dynamic, high-energy office shared by Marcus Evans and Linguarama.
This is an in-person role based in our Barcelona office.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome & Concierge
Greet guests, clients, and service providers with professionalism and warmth.
2. Communication Hub
Manage incoming calls, emails, and enquiries.
Direct communications promptly to the appropriate department or team member.
3. Administrative Support
Assist with document preparation and data entry.
Support personnel administration and daily planning activities.
4. Logistics & Office Coordination
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
Monitor and maintain office supply inventory.
Qualifications
We are seeking a tech-savvy “people person” with strong language skills and a proactive mindset.
Fluency in Spanish and Catalan.
Strong command of English (used daily in the office).
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Willingness and ability to learn new software platforms.
Polished communication skills and professional presentation.
Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask with high attention to detail.
Flexible, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset.
