We are looking for driven, enthusiastic and passionate professionals to join our Summit team as a Business Development Executive.
This is an in-person role located in our London office.
Key Responsibilities
Help new and existing clients enhance and accelerate their business development process.
Identifying and onboarding new clients to use our business development solutions.
Give clients access to prospects across the targeted markets.
Contacting, qualifying, and engaging prospects through email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
Nurturing new and existing client relationships.
Qualifications & Ideal Candidate
Exceptional Graduate with a min of a 2.1 or equivalent
Positive attitude and able to handle rejection
Eligibility to work in the UK is a must
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Curious, coachable, and eager to learn
Demonstrable ambition, resilience, and a strong desire to build a successful career in a high-performance commercial environment.
Evidence of achievement—whether academic, sporting, entrepreneurial, or extracurricular—is highly valued.

Compensation & Benefits
Basic Salary: GBP 30,000 per annum plus an attractive uncapped commission structure.
