Junior Marketing Executive

Marcus Evans is a global business intelligence and event company operating in more than 20 countries. We bring senior executives together through high-level summits and conferences across industries including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, legal, energy, investment and technology.

Our events connect C-level executives and senior decision-makers from leading global organisations worldwide.

This is an entry-level position for someone interested in B2B marketing, research, and data-driven outreach. This position will be a part of our Delegate Market Intelligence team.

You will learn how to identify and research senior executives, build targeted delegate lists, and support outreach campaigns for our international Summits. You will work from clear qualification criteria to ensure all prospects are relevant and accurately targeted.

This is an in-person role based in our Nicosia office.

Key Responsibilities

• Research companies and industries to identify organisations that match event criteria
• Build executive prospect lists using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and online research sources
• Identify senior decision-makers within target organisations
• Support email, LinkedIn, and HubSpot outreach campaigns
• Maintain accurate CRM data and support reporting
• Work with sales and marketing teams to improve targeting and list quality

Qualifications

• Recent graduate (Marketing or Business field preferred)
• Strong research and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a structured approach to work
• Comfortable using digital tools and learning new systems
• Interest in B2B marketing, data, or business research
• Good English skills (written and verbal)
