Our MEConnects department is growing! We are looking for a dedicated and passionate candidate who is flexible and comfortable working across different time zones, primarily the USA. You must be confident in presenting our new service to C-level executive clients, understanding their business profiles and specific needs, and facilitating video call introductions with the most suitable solution providers.

The role will be based in our Nicosia office. You will report directly to the Director of the MEConnects Platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage one or multiple industries on the MEConnects portal.

  • Promote the portal to potential buyers to maintain a steady pipeline of buyer posts.

  • Constantly engage with registered buyers and keep up to date with their business needs.

  • Understand buyer profiles and their purchasing requirements, and assist with their posts through video calls.

  • Verify if their posts are published in the right format and visible on the portal.

  • Constantly follow up with service providers and buyers through calls and emails to align their needs with relevant offerings.

  • Match selected service providers from focus lists with buyers' requests and assist in scheduling online video introductory calls.

  • Conduct portal demos via Zoom or Teams for registered buyers and service providers.

  • Manage client registrations, account creation, and portal access.

  • Work with internal client focus lists and prioritize introductions based on internal guidelines.

  • Report any technical issues related to the platform and liaise with the technical department to support our clients in a timely fashion.

  • Participate in calls with other departments to promote the portal to event attendees.

  • Liaise with our Sales and Marketing departments to promote the MEConnects portal and service to potential new clients through email marketing campaigns.

  • Promote the MEConnects portal onsite when attending an event.

  • Update internal tracking sheets with new client data promptly.

  • Monthly reporting on the main performance indicators.

Qualifications

  • A strong grasp of and ability to operate fluently in an English-speaking environment is essential to be successful in the role. Your written skills must match that.

  • A bachelor’s degree from a reputable University. A Masters degree would be considered an advantage.

  • A minimum of 4 years' work experience in one or more of the following fields: Sales, Account Management, Client Success Management.

  • A minimum of one year of experience in the marketing field, along with familiarity with various marketing technologies or email software, would be considered an advantage.

  • You have strong communication and negotiation skills and can effectively engage with high-level corporate clients and decision-makers.

  • Your organisational skills are first class, and you will work hard to be responsive to the business needs in a timely fashion.

  • You must be an EU passport holder.

  • Working hours will be 11:30 /12:00 to 7:30/8:00 pm (to cover the US region)
