Currently, the L&Q team is essential in shaping our workforce through comprehensive new hire training and ongoing professional development. This role is already pivotal, directly influencing our organizational growth and operational excellence.

This is a role for our Hyderabad office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Management and Ownership - Manage global L&Q data across business verticals, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and consistency throughout the employee life cycle.

  • Reporting and Analytics - Develop, maintain, and deliver regular and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and data visualisations using Power BI, Excel, and other relevant tools to track training, quality, and business performance.

  • Business Analysis and Insights - Gather and understand reporting and business requirements, analyse information, identify trends and gaps, and translate findings into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.

  • Candidate Interaction and Coordination - Communicate with candidates as required, provide relevant information and guidance, coordinate follow-ups, and ensure a professional and consistent candidate experience.

  • Training and Knowledge Sharing - Support and deliver training sessions for employees and relevant stakeholders, explain processes and tools clearly, and provide ongoing guidance to support effective adoption.

  • Process Improvement - Review existing workflows, reporting practices, and data collection processes; identify opportunities for improvement; and support the implementation of practical solutions that improve efficiency and consistency.

  • Programme Evaluation - Review the effectiveness of L&Q programmes using relevant data and feedback, highlighting areas for improvement and supporting continuous learning and quality enhancement.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration - Work closely with L&Q teams, business leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to clarify requirements, share findings, and ensure reporting and operational activities align with business needs.

  • Compliance and Accuracy - Follow applicable data management policies and governance standards, maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and transparency in reporting and data handling.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Human Resources, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, reporting, data analysis, training coordination, or a related role, preferably within Learning & Quality or HR.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI, with experience developing reports, dashboards, and visualisations to support business and operational requirements.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable insights.

  • Experience gathering, consolidating, validating, and analysing multiple data sets, ensuring accuracy and consistency in reporting.

  • Ability to understand business processes, gather requirements, identify improvement opportunities, and support the implementation of effective solutions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

  • Experience facilitating or delivering training sessions, providing guidance to participants, and communicating processes and information effectively.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and delivering accurate results within deadlines.

  • Quick learner with a proactive and adaptable mindset, open to new technologies, processes, and evolving organisational needs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Human Resources, or a related field.

  • Experience working within a global organisation, with exposure to international business processes, reporting requirements, and stakeholder collaboration.

  • Advanced knowledge of data reporting and visualisation tools, including Power BI, CRM platforms, and other relevant business applications, with the ability to leverage technology to improve reporting efficiency and support business requirements.

  • Exposure to process improvement initiatives, workflow optimisation, or the development of standardised procedures and reporting practices.
