Marcus Evans, founded in 1983, is a global business intelligence and event marketing company, with 49 offices in 20+ countries and we are excited to announce the launch of our new office in Rabat, dedicated to supporting high-level business events in the US market.

We’re expanding globally and launching a new Rabat office to support our US-based business events portfolio. This is an opportunity to join a high-performance team focused on engaging C-level executives across Fortune 1000 organizations and driving attendance for strategic, invitation-only summits.

As a Market Intelligence Executive, you will identify and engage senior stakeholders, build high-quality prospect pipelines, and execute targeted outreach campaigns that directly impact event attendance and performance.

This is a full-time, in-office role located in our new Rabat office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research target companies and senior decision-makers to understand their role, business priorities, and potential challenges.

  • Identify relevant angles and personalization points that connect each prospect to the summit topic.

  • Craft and deliver personalized outreach messages (primarily email) to generate interest and engagement.

  • Build and manage targeted prospect lists using research tools, CRM systems, and professional platforms.

  • Identify interested prospects and schedule meetings with the Sales Head to support their conversion into confirmed delegates.

  • Work closely with internal teams to improve outreach effectiveness and overall campaign performance.

  • Contribute to the success of each event by generating qualified leads and supporting delegate acquisition.

 

Qualifications

  • Strong written and spoken English.

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • High attention to detail and strong research capability.

  • Commercial Mindset.

  • Target-driven with a proactive, results-oriented approach.

  • Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage senior professionals.

  • Interest in business development, market intelligence, and B2B environments.

Good to Have

  • Experience in lead generation, research, outreach, or sales (1–2 years)

  • International exposure through work or education.

  • Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
