We are currently seeking ambitious, enthusiastic, and driven Fresh Graduates and Sales Representative to join and help us grow and expand our goal-orientated high-performing Australia & New Zealand B2B Corporate Delegates Sales team, network with influential leaders, and develop sales career and entrepreneurship.


Our Australia and New Zealand conferences and trainings offer a global perspective on all major business sectors including Mining, Manufacturing, Renewable Energy, Engineering Services, Life Sciences, Finance, Health & Safety, Energy & Utilities, Oil & Gas, and so on.

This is an in-person Corporate Sales role located in our Kuala Lumpur office.


Key Responsibilities


  • Help create and execute sales campaigns.
  • Learn to build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Preparing and delivering sales pitches and proposals to potential clients with guidance from your coach and mentor.
  • Support the negotiation of contracts to close sales and meet monthly and quarterly entry level target.
  • Sell market-leading events to some of the Top 2000 Companies in Australia & New Zealand.
  • Lead generation, grow database through prospecting efforts; sourcing contact details by leveraging data platforms i.e., HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
  • Understanding and keeping up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge.
  • Reaching your KPIs and setting monthly goals.


Qualifications


  • Candidates who studied or worked in Australia or going to choose to study in Australia are preferred but not necessary.
  • Positive mindset and excellent communication skills in English, high level of self-motivation and tremendous work ethic, attention to details, strong negotiation skills, ambitious and an unquenchable desire for success.
  • Work experience in the related field is welcomed but not required as our New Hire Training Program is sufficient to get you started on a successful path.
  • This is an inside sales job, comfort with cold calling is essential.
  • A self-motivated learner, who enjoys being coached and developed a passion for sales.
  • A result-oriented person, who thrives under pressure and consistently exceeds targets.
  • An active listener & communicator who are able to connect with clients / prospects to understand and meet their business needs.
  • Tenacious and persistent approach to overcoming obstacles, someone who will enjoy the challenge of researching complex industry trends and translating them into sales stories.
  • An entrepreneurial and hardworking individual contributor who can also thrive in a collaborative team-driven organization.
