We are looking for a passionate and creative Entry-Level UI/UX Designer to join our design team. As a member of our product team, you’ll work closely with developers, product managers, and senior designers to help shape the look and feel of digital products. This position is based in our Mumbai office.

Key responsibilities

  • Design User-Centered Experiences: Develop clear and intuitive user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mock-ups that effectively communicate design concepts and enhance the overall user experience.

  • Drive Research-Informed Design: Conduct user research and gather qualitative and quantitative insights to understand user behaviour, preferences, and pain points. Translate findings into meaningful, data-driven design strategies.

  • Analyse and Benchmark: Perform in-depth competitor analysis and usability testing to validate design concepts, identify opportunities, and continuously improve the user journey.

  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with product managers, developers, and cross functional teams to ensure alignment on user experience goals and business objectives. 1 Job description - UI UX Designer

  • Ensure Consistency and Scalability: Design, document, and maintain UX/UI components, design patterns, and brand style guides to ensure a cohesive and scalable design system across all digital products.

  • Design for All Devices: Optimise designs for responsiveness and accessibility, ensuring seamless experiences across a wide range of devices, platforms, and regions.

  • Communicate with Impact: Present and defend design rationale to stakeholders, effectively articulating how user-focused solutions drive business value and support global user needs.

  • Continuously Improve: Monitor user feedback, analytics, and performance metrics to iterate on designs and adapt to evolving requirements and market conditions.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX design work across web and mobile platforms.

  • Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch,  or similar platforms.

  • Solid understanding of user-centered design, usability heuristics, and design thinking methodologies.

  • Skilled in creating wireframes, prototypes, and conducting user testing with appropriate tools.

  • Experience in user research, usability testing, and translating insights into impactful design solutions.

  • Ability to develop personas, user journeys, and other UX artifacts to guide product decisions.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in diverse, cross-functional teams.

  • Knowledge of accessibility guidelines and best practices for responsive, inclusive design.

  • Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Good to have

  • Experience with animation and interaction design using tools like After Effects, Principle, or similar.

  • Familiarity with design systems and maintaining scalable component libraries.

  • Exposure to Agile or Scrum development environments.

  • Multilingual skills or experience designing for multilingual interfaces.
