We are looking for driven, enthusiastic, and passionate professionals to join our Summits division as an Account Development Executive, to support the North American Delegate Sales team. The Account Development Executive will be responsible for the creation and execution of marketing campaigns using hyper-personalized direct mail and email, to promote events to senior decision-makers in major organizations throughout the region.

This is a junior position, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

This is an in-person role located in our Nicosia office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identifying Decision-Makers: Research and identify individuals in senior positions (e.g., CEOs, CFOs, Directors) who align with the summit theme and objectives.

  • Building Contact Lists: Utilize CRM tools, databases, and online platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, HubSpot) to create targeted prospect lists.

  • To provide relevant, accurate, and current information of our potential clients, this is essential for the company’s lead generation outreach campaigns as well as developing a fundamental understanding of each event.

  • Analyze and identify target client contacts based on event topic and geographic markets through research.

  • Plan, implement and monitor hyper-personalized marketing outreach campaigns to generate marketing referrals for delegate sales and direct marketing.

  • Proactively contribute to the overall effectiveness of event marketing campaigns

Qualifications

  • Recognized degree or diploma in any discipline, preferably in Marketing or Business Administration

  • You will have a demonstrable experience in lead generation or excellent research abilities.

  • Practical marketing experience will be considered an advantage (1-2 years)

  • Excellent knowledge of the English language

  • Willingness to adapt to a performance driven culture.

  • Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Able to start immediately.
