Our MEConnects Division is growing! We are looking for an experienced Sales and Account Management professional who is flexible and comfortable working across different time zones, primarily the USA. You must be confident in presenting our new service to C-level executive clients, understanding their business profiles and specific needs.
The role will be based in our Nicosia office. You will report directly to the Director of the MEConnects Platform.
Key Responsibilities
Work directly with C-level executives and senior decision-makers.
Onboard clients and make sure their first experience is smooth and clear.
Understand what clients need.
Set up high-quality introductions and senior-level conversations.
Keep momentum through clear follow-ups and ownership.
Coordinate internally to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Represent MEConnects in calls and selected events.
Keep tracking and KPIs accurate and up to date.
This role is for you if,
You’re confident using the English language with senior decision makers (written and verbal).
You hold a bachelor’s degree from a recognised university.
You have at least 3 years’ experience in Account Management, Sales, or Client Success.
You bring strong empathy, active listening, and thoughtful questioning skills.
You’re organized, reliable, and enjoy managing relationships.
You have good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
You hold an EU passport.
You’re comfortable working late hours to cover the U.S. time zone (approx. 11:30/12:00–19:30/20:00).
