We are hiring an Account Executive who wants to become exceptional at sales and negotiation.

This role reports directly to Draga Sfetsios, Managing Director , a 14-year sales and negotiation leader who has built and developed high-performance teams across multiple cities. You will receive direct mentorship, daily coaching, and structured development designed to sharpen your ability to influence senior executives with confidence and precision.

We believe sales is a performance discipline.

This is an in-person role based in our Laval office.

Key responsibilities

  • Prospect and build your own book of business.

  • Engage senior executives through strategic outreach.

  • Negotiate and close high-level partnerships.

  • Manage and grow long-term client relationships.

  • Travel to executive-level events at premier venues across North America.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of B2B or B2C sales experience

  • Advanced negotiation frameworks inspired by Chris Voss, Oren Klaff, and modern influence psychology.

  • Tactical empathy and executive-level questioning.

  • Confidence engaging and negotiating with C-suite decision-makers.

  • Structured KPI discipline — we track performance the way a Fitbit tracks health.

  • Daily metrics, weekly sales health reports, and pipeline accountability.

  • Tape trainings, role play sessions, and one-on-one coaching.

  • The balance of hunter intensity and long-term relationship strategy.

  • Competitive and coachable.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $74,000 minimum earnings after training.
    Year 1 OTE: $90,000–$110,000
    Year 2 OTE: $110,000–$150,000
