We are looking for an ambitious Sales Representative to help drive new business. The role would join our Australian Summits business unit, part of the International Summits division based in Sydney. In this unique position, you will work closely with a Sales Mentor who will guide your growth and help you achieve your financial and professional goals. This role is ideal if you want to start your career in business development as success will be rewarded with a promotion to Account Executive.


This role is based in our office in Sydney.


Key Responsibilities


  • C-Level audience, lead generation and prospecting over the phone.
  • Creating, modifying and launching strategic email campaigns.
  • Assisting your Sales Mentor with day- to-day sales functions.
  • Auditing existing client relationships for further opportunities.
  • Setting monthly goals and KPIs.
  • Bringing your own set of ideas to help improve day-to-day operations and drive results.


Qualifications


  • Excellent written and oral skills (English).
  • Basic understanding of sales principles.
  • Experience in creating and launching strategic marketing email campaigns is a plus.
  • Track record of over-achieving goals.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer service focus.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits


  • Guaranteed base salary plus commission structure based on performance (A$70,000-A$90,000/year).
