We are looking for a highly organised, tech-savvy professional with strong work ethic to join the Content Management Team of our summit division as an Event Administration & Content Support Coordinator.

As an Event Administration & Content Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting a team of Content Managers responsible for crafting the intellectual content of corporate events. Your duties will include preparing event materials, documenting and distributing event information, content managers’ calendars, conducting research projects, overseeing speaker relations and logistics, and assisting in onsite event execution.

This is an in-person role located in our Nicosia office.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Prepare and format event materials, online and printed versions.

  • Document, update, and distribute event information internally and externally.

  • Organise and manage Content Managers' calendars and deadlines.

  • Conduct targeted research projects to support the team.

  • Oversee speaker communication, coordination, and logistics.

  • Assist with onsite event administration and execution.

Qualifications

  • Advanced level of English (verbal and written).

  • Associate Degree or higher in Administrative Studies/ Office Administration/ Business Administration would be considered a strong advantage.

  • Administrative, office coordination or customer service experience (minimum 2 years).

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Attention to detail, professional communication, and problem-solving ability.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
