Guest Services Manager

  • On-site
    • Nicosia, Lefkosia, Cyprus

Job description

Curation by Marcus Evans is the private gateway to the world’s most iconic sporting occasions. From the roar of Formula 1 circuits in Monaco, Singapore and Abu Dhabi… to the hallowed fairways of The Masters at Augusta.....to the drama of Wimbledon, the US Open, and Roland-Garros… to the global stage of the FIFA World Cup, the Olympic Games, the Ryder Cup, and beyond — we unlock doors to experiences that few will ever access.

We specialise in crafting rare, behind-the-scenes moments for high-net-worth individuals and C-suite executives who expect nothing less than the exceptional. Every journey we create is designed to transcend the ordinary and deliver memories that are not just remarkable, but truly unforgettable.

We are seeking a Guest Services Manager to join the team at this exciting time who can embody this vision of excellence: a polished, intuitive, and discreet professional who can orchestrate VIP journeys with absolute precision. This is not an events role in the conventional sense — it is about designing and delivering once-in-a-lifetime moments for an elite audience that demands perfection, discretion, and world-class hospitality at every turn.

This is an in-person role based in our Nicosia office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Curate, plan, and deliver extraordinary hospitality experiences at the world’s most iconic sporting events.

  • Serve as the trusted point of contact for high-net-worth individuals and senior executives, building enduring relationships based on discretion, trust, and excellence.

  • Secure premium access by liaising with venues, rights holders, and global partners.

  • Orchestrate international logistics - from private transfers and luxury accommodation to on-site hosting - ensuring a seamless journey from start to finish.

  • Lead on-site event execution, anticipating guest needs and creating an atmosphere of effortless luxury.

  • Manage budgets and supplier negotiations with precision, ensuring premium outcomes without compromise.

  • Resolve challenges with discretion and creativity, protecting the integrity of the guest experience at all times.

  • Provide post-event analysis and insight to drive continuous enhancement of future experiences.

  • Reporting to the Group COO and working alongside an existing Guest Services Director.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in client services or event management, ideally within sports, luxury, or corporate hospitality.

  • Demonstrated success working with high-profile or high-net-worth clientele.

  • Exceptional communication, organisational, and relationship-management skills.

  • Business-level English (written and spoken) is essential; additional languages are a plus.

  • Strong negotiation ability and confidence working with global partners.

  • Proven track record of managing multiple international projects under pressure.

  • Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively, particularly across the US, and to work evenings/weekends during major sporting events.

Compensation & Benefits

  • The chance to deliver VIP access to the most exclusive sporting events in the world.

  • International travel and the opportunity to work alongside a global network of elite decision-makers.

  • A competitive compensation package with performance-based incentives.

  • A dynamic, supportive team environment with pathways for growth.

  • The excitement of being part of a department that sells not just events, but dream experiences money can’t buy.

We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity. All employment is decided on the basis of qualifications, merit and business need.
