As an Intern- Learning & Talent, you will gain hands-on experience at the intersection of talent development and acquisition. From supporting training programs to assisting recruitment operations, you’ll see firsthand how a global organization builds, nurtures, and empowers its people. This internship provides hands-on exposure to two critical areas of People development and is ideal for students or recent graduates eager to gain experience in learning, development, and talent management within a global organization.
This is an in-person role for our Hyderabad office.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in identifying training needs and preparing learning materials.
Support the coordination and delivery of training sessions and onboarding activities.
Help collect feedback and maintain records to track training effectiveness and compliance.
Work with stakeholders to schedule sessions and ensure smooth training operations.
Provide logistical and administrative support for training programs and resources.
Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, and maintaining candidate records.
Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications.
Work alongside the Learning & Quality and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure smooth execution of administrative processes.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
Strong skills with attention to detail.
Creative and adaptable mindset with strong business intuition.
Ethical, professional, and committed to delivering results.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Quick learner, adaptable to new technologies, processes, and organizational needs, with the flexibility to work across departments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw insights and support continuous improvement.
Eagerness to explore and adapt to new tools and technologies. Familiarity with MS Office or Canva.
