Begin a rewarding Career in Sales that brings professional growth and financial success. This telephonic sales role is part of our Large-Scale Events division, where we deliver cutting-edge conferences tailored to corporate clients.

This is an in-person role based in our Cape Town office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate own leads through research, cold calling, and networking.

  • Reach out to senior decision-makers across relevant industries to pitch conferences.

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and opportunities.

  • Telephonic pitching with KPI targets.

  • Negotiate pricing, packages, and contract terms to close deals.

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM system such as Hubspot.

  • Collaborate with the production team in Malaysia to align sales strategies with event objectives.

Qualifications

  • Grade 12 or equivalent.

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience.

  • Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Cold calling experience is considered an advantage.

  • Willingness to learn across multiple business sectors.

  • Ability to think creatively, cohesively and outside the box.

  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit and positive attitude.

  • Computer literate.

  • Resilient and able to work under pressure.

  • Ability to work independently and be self-driven within a team structure.
