We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic, and passionate Talent Acquisition Executive to join our Team. This role will support recruitment across North America, the UK, and local India teams. You will work closely with the Director Global Learning & Quality, the Recruiting Support Manager, and other regional Talent Acquisition Managers (TAMs).

Your mission is to implement best-in-class recruitment practices, build targeted talent pools, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences. This role is integral to achieving our global hiring goals and strengthening Marcus Evans’ position as an employer of choice.

This position is based in our Hyderabad office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle interview process, coordinating closely with Hiring Managers across regions.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.

  • Meet defined hiring targets by deploying strategic sourcing and recruiting best practices.

  • Identify the most effective sourcing platforms for each role and market.

  • Create and maintain recruiting support materials that reflect company values and maintain regional consistency.

  • Plan and participate in career fairs, campus events, and other employer branding efforts to strengthen talent pipelines.

 

Qualifications

  • Proven direct recruitment experience (agency or in-house), ideally in North American and European markets.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization across time zones.

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.

  • Comfortable using recruitment platforms, ATS systems, and reporting tools.

  • Creative and adaptable mindset with strong business intuition.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all recruitment activities.

  • Ethical, professional, and committed to delivering results.

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.

  • 1–2 years of experience in a professional services or matrixed organization.
