Job description

We are looking for a results-driven and strategic Market Intelligence Analyst (B2B) to support new product development within our Summits marketing team. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying and defining the addressable market for a portfolio of events across a range of industries and markets.
Your primary focus will be on identifying and engaging with our target markets using a mix of digital marketing, competitor research, and data analysis. You will work to generated qualified opportunities for our top-performing Sales Managers supporting them to secure high-value partnerships. Through strong alignment with sales, marketing, and content teams you will be relied upon to provide detailed feedback on market and lead performance, to identify how best we can meet our strategic goals on each product.
This is an in-person role based in our Nicosia office.
Key Responsibilities
Understand the target audience and sponsorship landscape for each event across diverse industries and regions.
Identify and expand the addressable sponsor market to generate high volumes of qualified sponsor leads.
Promote summits and create interest through multi-channel marketing, including social media, direct email, and digital campaigns.
Balance priorities across a portfolio of up to 8 events annually, each with unique market dynamics and goals.
Work closely with marketing and sales stakeholders to define and refine target sponsor profiles for each event.
Identify new ways to engage potential sponsors through LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
Conduct detailed market and competitor analysis to uncover new sponsorship opportunities.
Categorize leads by industry, company type, and deal value to support tailored outreach.
Audit, enrich, and manage sponsorship databases to close data gaps and ensure lead quality.
Monitor and report on competing events to maintain competitive positioning.
Reassess sponsorship categories annually to reflect shifting industry needs.
Provide Sponsorship Sales Fact Sheets with actionable insights to enable top-performing SP Sales Managers during client meetings.
Support data management and reporting efforts to measure progress and improve lead generation efforts.
Qualifications
2+ years of relevant experience in business intelligence, market analysis, sales support, or event marketing.
Strong understanding of B2B markets, especially in relation to events, summits, and sponsorship.
Proficient in using marketing and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce).
Skilled in social media marketing and digital prospecting techniques.
Excellent research, analytical, and data visualization skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field preferred.
