The Marketing Executive will be responsible for the creation and execution of marketing campaigns within budget, to promote and sell events to senior decision-makers in major organizations throughout the APAC region. Responsibilities include:
This is an in-person role for our office in Kuala Lumpur.
Key Responsibilities
Create & execute marketing campaigns to promote events to senior decision-makers in APAC.
Manage & analyze multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously.
Develop marketing campaigns using funnels to convert leads to sales.
Identify external partnerships with media & associations for promotion.
Negotiate marketing partnerships & fulfill them with marketing materials.
Design & implement organic and paid social media strategy for the events in your portfolio aligned with business goals.
Report on campaign ROI & optimize media mix for better results.
Qualifications
Excellent literacy both written and verbal English Language.
Obtained a Degree qualification in Marketing/Business/Communications.
Possess strong communication and presentation skill.
Good copywriting skills to develop persuasive email campaigns.
Strong sales and negotiation acumen and confidently with clients via telephone.
Have the experience in high performance culture against targets and KPI.
Create engaging content, optimize company pages, and foster community interaction.
Knowledgeable in various social media platforms and utilize analytics to drive customer engagement, website traffic, and revenue growth.
Efficient, goal orientated and dynamic.
Well-organized with an eye for detail.
Self-aware with a mature attitude to work.
Having experience and knowledge in digital marketing is a plus.
Knowledge and experience in utilizing Salesforce & Canva shall be added advantage.
