Our MEConnects Division is growing! We are looking for an experienced Sales and Account Management professional who is flexible and comfortable working across different time zones, primarily the USA. You must be confident in presenting our new service to C-level executive clients, understanding their business profiles and specific needs.

 

The role will be based in our Nicosia office. You will report directly to the Director of the MEConnects Platform.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a portfolio of C-level clients and qualified prospects.

  • Act as a trusted point of contact for senior executives.

  • Handle timely client onboarding and account set-up.

  • Understand clients’ mandates, priorities, and strategic objectives.

  • Maintain momentum through structured follow-ups and clear next steps.

  • Ensure accuracy and quality in client positioning.

  • Collaborate internally to deliver a seamless executive experience.

  • Represent the firm in clients and stakeholders calls, meetings, and selected events.

  • Maintain concise and accurate internal reporting.

  • Maintain timely KPI reporting in line with internal performance standards.

 

Qualifications

  • Full professional fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university.

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Account Management, Sales, or Client Success–related roles.

  • Exposure to marketing activities and email outreach tools is an advantage.

  • Solid command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to manage tracking, reporting, and data accuracy.

  • Proven ability to communicate, influence, and build credibility with senior executives and decision-makers.

  • Excellent organisational skills, with a strong sense of urgency and responsiveness.

  • EU passport holder (mandatory).

  • Availability to work late hours to support U.S. time zones (approximately 11:30/12:00 to 19:30/20:00).
