As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes within a global organization. This internship is ideal for recent graduates eager to learn sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and recruitment operations while working closely with experienced TA professionals.
This is an onsite role for our office in Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities
You will be assisted by the Talent Acquisition Programme Manager on this role.
Assist in posting job openings across various platforms and maintaining accurate job descriptions.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
Coordinate interview scheduling and manage candidate communications.
Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers.
Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
Collaborate with the TA team to ensure smooth execution of hiring processes.
Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related fields.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team within a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with MS Office; knowledge of Canva or similar tools is a plus.
Quick learner with adaptability to new technologies and processes.
