Currently, the L&Q team is essential in shaping our workforce through comprehensive new hire training and ongoing professional development. Key Responsibilities
Data Management and Ownership - Oversee and manage global L&Q data across all business verticals, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and consistency throughout the employee life cycle, maintaining a reliable foundation for all reporting and analytics activities.
Reporting and Analytics - Develop and deliver comprehensive reports, dashboards, and data visualisations that track the ROI of global training programmes, providing clear and actionable insights to stakeholders on a regular and ad hoc basis.
Programme Evaluation - Assess the performance and impact of L&Q programmes through detailed data analysis, highlighting areas for improvement and delivering insights that support continuous learning excellence.
Stakeholder Collaboration - Work closely with L&Q teams, business leaders, and key stakeholders to ensure reporting outputs and data analysis remain aligned with organisational goals and the evolving needs of each business vertical.
Continuous Improvement - Identify and implement opportunities to enhance data collection methods, reporting frameworks, and data management practices, driving greater efficiency across global L&Q initiatives.
Compliance and Accuracy - Ensure full compliance with data management policies and governance standards, maintaining the highest levels of accuracy and transparency in all reporting to uphold accountability across the organisation.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Human Resources, or a related field.
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related role, preferably within Learning & Quality or HR.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Power BI) and experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
Proven experience managing and reporting on multiple data sets simultaneously, with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing competing deadlines and consistently delivering results.
A quick learner with a proactive and adaptable mindset, open to new technologies, processes, and evolving organisational needs.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Human Resources, or a related field.
Experience working within a global organisation, with exposure to international data management and reporting practices.
Advanced knowledge of data visualisation and analysis tools, with hands-on experience integrating technology into data solutions.
