We are responsible for developing the intellectual content of powerful programmes with cutting-edge topics and leading speakers that excite, inspire and attract top-level business executives to our global portfolio of events. In other words, the production office is where magic happens – a creatively demanding, intellectually stimulating and dynamic environment where no two days are ever the same. Whether you are drilling into unfamiliar markets, identifying key challenges with leading professionals, trying to get Bill Gates or Warren Buffett on the phone, or writing another thought-provoking programme, you cannot be bored even if you try. The key functions of the producer’s role include: researching directly with top executives to identify the key themes of the event; writing original content that delivers innovative insights to a high-level corporate audience; sourcing, inviting and persuading relevant executives and experts to present at the event; finalising all event details to given targets and within set deadlines; and collaborating with various colleagues and departments for successful event execution. Covering business-as-usual voice, data, email, and AV support, our work can be considered a utility into which all of the Group's businesses can draw from in order to enhance opportunities and maximise revenue. We operate with traditional 1st, 2nd and 3rd line teams as well as an in-house software development team. However, unlike many similar sized organisations, our people have the opportunity to work outside of those traditional boundaries giving themselves more exposure to career enhancing technologies.

We're technical staff with personalities and soft skills too. We speak to our non-technical colleagues with empathy, delivering them solutions. Even if you're the most junior member the team, you'll always have the ear of the CIO who, in a constantly evolving industry, recognises the value of fresh ideas from those not stifled by the limitations of legacy software, processes and methodologies. The team works hard to reach three major goals. These are providing a business support service, the best value for money and effective management. Like all departments we strike a balance between being vision-oriented, opportunity and growth focused, but at the same time remaining grounded in efficiency, being quantitative and risk averse where appropriate. We cover a wide range of activities ranging from basic bookkeeping, to providing management information, to assisting our teams in making strategic decisions. The size of each office dictates how many admin staff work there, as well as the range of opportunities available.
